Klingon Summer Games 2007
"TEAM HAND OF KAHLESS"
In April 2007, the XO and CO of IKV Hand of Kahless joined forces with members of "The Empire" and "IKEF - Imperial Klingon Expeditionary Forces" under the "Hand of Kahless" banner to compete in the 2007 Klingon Summer Games. Since formal members of "IKV Hand of Kahless" were a minority of the total team membership, "TEAM HAND OF KAHLESS" was developed for this event. Because of the team's success at the games, winning not only the Communications Officer award but the overall "Elite Unit Citation" award, these teammates have been named as honorary members of the IKV Hand of Kahless crew
